Following our carrier tender, CDK negotiated with carriers the migration of voice and data services from Primus to Telstra and delivered $411K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $1.5 million – on-going 28% saving. CDK project managed the migration of all services, established cost centre hierarchical soft billing and ensured the telecommunications asset registry of all carrier services and installed hardware was 100% accurate for all sites. CDK also negotiated credits on billing to allow for the cost of change incurred by Murray Goulburn in moving their services to Telstra.

Wilson & Bradley

$15K Telstra credits Offices in Victoria, NSW and Tasmania. Following an audit of their total telecommunications infrastructure, CDK delivered total one-off back credits from Telstra of over $15K from mistakes uncovered in billing. We also delivered $10K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $69K – on-going saving of 15%.

Holden Special Vehicles

24% on-going savings 9 sites nationally. Following our carrier tender, CDK negotiated and managed the migration of the voice, data and mobiles from Telstra to Optus and delivered $100K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $410K – on-going 24% saving. The full audit of the telecommunications infrastructure delivered a one-off credit from Telstra of $50K from mistakes uncovered in HSV’s billing and delivered an accurate telecommunications asset registry for all sites. CDK also delivered additional tangible and intangible benefits such as special satellite services, commercially confidential joint sponsorships and co-branding of products and services.

Australian Dyeing Company

PABX Upgrade & 17% on-going Savings Single site in Victoria. Following a full audit of their telecommunications, CDK delivered one-off back credits from Telstra of over $5.5K from mistakes uncovered in billing. We also delivered $6.6K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $39K – on-going saving of 17%. CDK also project managed the upgrading and expansion of their PABX telephone system and the implementation of an auto-attendant and voice mail system.

SKF Bearings Australia

29 sites nationally. Following our carrier tender, CDK negotiated $80K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $430K – on-going 19% saving from incumbent carrier Telstra. CDK also negotiated credits on billing for the equipment and labour costs necessary to upgrade the PABX’s at SKF’s five capital city sites to ISDN30 indial functionality.

Australian Institute of Management (Vic)

Following our PABX tender, CDK project managed the replacement of AIM’s PABX, upgraded from existing analogue indial to ISDN indial, liaised between carriers and vendors and ensured that the project was seamless and pain free.

Ivanhoe Girls Grammar

Following a full telecommunications audit of the schools “Service & Equipment” charges, CDK delivered $2.8K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $10K – on-going saving of 28%. CDK also organised quotations from PABX contractors and costs from carriers for the upgrade of their PABX from analogue to ISDN in-dial to ensure that they were prepared when Telstra begin withdrawing support for this older technology.

Godfrey Hirst Carpets – Hycraft Carpets

14 sites nationally. Following our carrier tender, CDK negotiated the migration of the voice and mobiles from Optus to Telstra and delivered $150K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $740K – on-going 20% saving. CDK project managed the migration of all services, establishment of cost centre hierarchical soft billing and delivered an accurate telecommunications asset registry of all carrier services and installed hardware for all sites.

Komatsu Australia

CDK were appointed to conduct a full telecommunications audit of the “Service & Equipment” charges of Komatsu’s Southern Region office. Following this audit and a full site survey, CDK delivered an accurate telecommunications asset registry and $8K savings from a total per annum expenditure of $43K – on-going saving of 19%.

Siena College Camberwell

CDK project managed the replacement of Siena’s PABX, upgraded services to ISDN indial and rationalised all existing carrier services. CDK also managed the implementation of a call management system and unified e-mail and voice mail messaging platform, liaised between carriers and vendors and ensured that the project was seamless and pain free.
